Incredible staff. Professional, kind, caring and personable. Dr Taylor was wonderful. I would love to her as my doctor!! Very impressed.
I went Sunday morning b/c my dog could not stop hiccups. I got worried after a few hours so I brought him in. I was immediately checked in. My Vet tech was friendly and gentle with my dog. The vet was also friendly and easy to talk to. I appreciate how they kept me informed of the price of a service (X-Rays and medicine) before just doing it like some other places. I walked away feeling good about the diagnosis and the treatment. The vet was very thorough in her explanations and talked to me in simple terms. I would definitely use them again. The cost was reasonable as well.
Went in, nobody up front... They saw me coming around the back and quickly put me in a room, did a basic check on my dog. The literal words out of the person helping me's mouth was "she'll be in the room in a minute." ONE HOUR LATER, nobody has come in the room to even check on me or my dog, who now has to go out. I walk out of the room to check if I can ask somebody how long the wait will be, nobody is around. I get your busy but having people sit for an hour in a stuffy room without even checking on them? That's bad service. It's a shame, too, a few months ago the service was great and they were very helpful and prompt.
My dog was bit by a snake this morning and immediately started showing symptoms so I took her to UrgentVet. We walked in straight to a room and was assessed by staff. 30 minutes later my dog was examined treated for a very reasonable rate (comparable to previous off hours
vet visits). Great Staff and Vet!
Had a very positive experience here. The vet techs were very sweet and accommodating. Our vet was a lady with glasses; I'm sorry I forget her name, but she was very kind and seemed knowledgeable. The price was reasonable.
