Great customer service. There was an issue last minute with the rental I reserved, but the staff was quick to let me know and get a suitable replacement. Felt valued as a customer. That's why I keep going back when I need a rental. Thanks!
Won't go threw enterprises ever again. They won't work with you.
I have come to enterprise several times and have been blown away by the service.However the last time U reserved a car I was beyond irritated and taken back by the poor service.A clerk made my experience horrible and was very sarcastic and rude.I ask for an upgrade and she acted as though I could not afford it...then she ask me for an alt phone # and a bill.I advised her I have never been asked for this information before she then began to become combative. My address is on my license why do you need a bill? I don't know if it was a race thing or not, but enterprise needs to speak with their reps about customer service for all. Needless to say I told the lady forget it and I will never come back to Enterprise again. FYI the lady I am speaking of is heavy set with red hair. Rgabk goodness I have a brand new car had the choice of not putting up with behavior. I will now rent vehicles at places that treat their customers with RESPECT.
I had reserved a compact car a week out from vacation. I really enjoyed that they came and picked me up, that was probably the best part of the experience. When I arrived, only one person was working and there were about 4 costumers inside. When it was finally my turn to pick up our car, they didn't have any compact cars left, they offered me a larger SUV or a mini van. I do appreciate that they weren't going to charge me for a larger vehicle, but that isn't what I had reserved. My husband was able to call back later, and make a switch, it was just a frustrating experience. I have to give a 4 star though because all of the people we worked with were very nice and understanding. Hopefully next time, we'll have a better experience and be able to drive home the car we reserved in the first place.
I have been renting vehicles from Enterprise in Fort Mill SC several times a month. Calvin and Rob have been superb. I will continue to do business with them. Brandy is another great service provider. I prefer Enterprise at Fort Mill over all other rental car agencies.
